Upon registering with The Washburn Agency, each family will have an in-home consultation with one of our professional staff members. This in-home consultation allows us to match your family with a nanny who shares in your unique philosophies on child care. |

| At this time we will discuss your family’s needs and expectations of a caregiver, as well as, give you information on household payroll and taxes. You will then receive the portfolios of qualified candidates who meet your specifications. The Washburn Agency will contact each applicant chosen, to schedule an interview. | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| Once you have selected an applicant and he or she accepts the position, a work agreement will be created. This agreement needs to be approved by both the family and the nanny, signed and forwarded to The Washburn Agency along with the Placement Fee. Your new caregiver may begin employment when the aforementioned is received. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
